Ever since I was young, I was curious about how emerging technology could help transform connections across the world. Recent events has left our society more divided and insulated, I have become passionate about bringing back the promise of these innovations and rebuild our sense of a global community.

Since 2021 I have been working with the Aerospace industry specifically with two companies that build important components for navigation for manned and unmanned vehicles. I have improved the way these companies interact with their customers by finding new ways to market their products and companies online. I have redesigned their websites to be easier to use and have information easy to access and read. I have designed marketing campaigns catering to specific readers, like engineers or university students.

Prior to that I have been working as a freelance designer where I developed over 10 years of experience with video production, web design, and graphic design. I graduated from university with a BA in Digital Media Marketing, since then I have become certified as a Web Designer, UX Researcher, and UI Designer. I am always learning new skills and currently working on understanding how to incorporate AI into my work.

My prior customer service experience taught me the importance of how creating empathy improves customer experience. Leveraging the experience can lead to a better way to communicate with customers.
